What is a Mentor?
Your mentor is a resource throughout your educational journey. They will help guide you by offering strategies for success, important reminders, support resources, encouragement and help you accomplish key success milestones.
How do I contact my Mentor?
Mentors will proactively reach out weekly and provide their contact information. You can also verify who your Mentor is by:
- Signing into the Companion App
- Click "My Network"
- Choose the "My Mentor" option to connect with your Mentor
Why don't I have a Mentor or haven't heard from mine?
All registered BYU-Pathway students have an assigned mentor. If you've never enrolled or were previously enrolled, contact BYU-Pathway Support for assistance.
To find your mentor:
- Sign into the Companion App
- Click "My Network"
- Select "My Mentor"
Mentors introduce themselves each term. If you haven’t heard back from yours within 24 hours, submit a concern via the "Mentor Problem?" card in your portal, or contact Student Support under the "Support" tab.
What can I do if I have a concern about my Mentor?
You may submit a concern about your Mentor by going to your Student Portal, clicking on Support > Help Center > New Help Request to submit a Support ticket.
