You can update your privacy settings on byupathway.edu, which may affect how much the BYU-Pathway Support Center can assist you. To change your confidentiality settings, follow these steps:
Log in to byupathway.edu.
Find your name in the upper right-hand corner of the portal.
Select the drop-down arrow for the menu.
Choose “Privacy Settings” and update your preferences.

Full Restriction
If you have a FULL confidentiality restriction, the BYU-Pathway Support Center may not assist you or discuss your account unless you are physically present. Support can provide general information (e.g., how to withdraw), but if you ask for something specific about your account, they cannot acknowledge that you exist in the system.
Partial Restriction (Confirm Enrollment Only)
If you have a PARTIAL confidentiality restriction, the BYU-Pathway Support Center can confirm that you are enrolled but cannot discuss any account details unless you are physically present.
No Restriction
If you have NO restriction, the support team can discuss your account details with you freely.
